Echolocation Visual Effects for Short Film

I'm looking for a talented visual effects designer to help bring the unique visual style of my short film to life. This project will involve creating a continuous overlay of a sonar-like echolocation visual effect. This will involve:
- Using the existing footage as a template to design and implement an echolocation visual style.
- The echolocation effect will include deploying sonic wave effects throughout the entire film to thematically represent echolocation.
- This work will require extensive experience with visual effect software, particularly those involving overlay creation and sonic wave generation.
