Design a 1 minute cartoon about environmentalism
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I need a basic animated cartoon about preserving the environment made for kids in elementary school.
The script and ideas will be provided.
After the first work is done, I will work on about 30 additional videos (9 other for elementary, 10 Jr high, 10 highschool)
Cartoon doesn't have to be advanced, just basic movements and animations will do.
Of course if the animation is better that would be a nice plus
low cost is my priority here.
