Dark Comedy Animated Series

I'm looking for a creative writer to develop an animated show titled "Therapy Dawgz." The premise revolves around street mutts plotting to infiltrate human society and replace service dogs, with the goal of making human lives as miserable as they have been treated.

I have every episode mapped out with some characters but not all characters. I need help with character development, clever and witty writing, some help with the plot and ideas for possible plot twists , etc. But, the overall story and what I want to happen in it I have down for the most part. i have never written a script before so I need someone to help me bring this idea to life.

Plot
Mitch- ex rich kid who's parents die and leave him nothing from the will so he has to start over as a 29 year old in life. He has very bad bi polar disorder and he wasn't on medication growing up because he used drugs and alcohol to neglect his problems. After he missed his moms funeral, the dad cut him from the will. So when the dad died, mitch was left with nothing. He attempted suicide by jumping in to a waterfall because he was always fascinated by them, but he survived. After the incident he was transported to a mental hospital where he met a girl named lucilia(lucy for short). Lucy was brazilian and working in America and she happened to be mitch's nurse. Mitch and her end up dating and Mitch is head over heels for her, but mitch's neglections and issues from his upbringing start effecting his relationship with lucy. One night mitch threatens to kill himself if she ever left him and she can't take the emotional turmoil anymore and she leaves. the start of the show takes place with Mitch climbing a tree while wrapping a rope around his neck.
Lucy ends up departing and going back to brazil after what happened with her and Mitch. Mitch ended up falling off the tree after attempting to climb down and not commit suicide after all, but he slipped and fell off anyway. The branch ended up breaking so Mitch is yet again saved. Mitch's neighbor hears the commotion and comes outside and calls an ambulance for mitch. Mitch is taken back to the mental hospital where the doctor gives him one more option before emitting him as a full time patient- a therapy dog.

Tiny- a street mutt that's been in the streets almost his whole life. abandoned as a puppy, he's grown a strong distain for humans. He's joined a gang called the blood hounds and they form a plan to infiltrate the system and replace the actual service dogs with themselves. They come up with a plan. For weeks they stalked a service dog training facility and discovered that there was a dog the same color, size, and breed as tiny. So the plan is that when the service dog named prince goes to use the bathroom at the same bush he uses it at everyday, the bloodhouds will be there to kidnap him and replace him with tiny. That's exactly what happens. Tiny ends up becoming mitch's therapy dawg, and prince is taken back to the hood with the bloodhounds. Tiny is there ti ruin Mitch's life even more, and also learn more about the system on how to get his other dawgs in. They wanna take over police dogs, university dogs, service dogs, etc. But Tiny ends up growing to like Mitch which puts him in an uncomfortable situation; choosing between his hood or Mitch. A plot twist occurs when Prince actually becomes the new leader while Tiny was away, Prince actually has connections in the system so they appoint him.

I want the show to be a dark comedy. I want it to have a bojack horsemen vibe to it, where the show really touches on topics like depression and meaninglessness, heartbreak, finding yourself, spirituality, and adaptability. I want gangster rap music played throughout, but also lots of jazz and indie as well in more lighthearted situations.
