Custom music video animation

I am looking for an experienced animator to create a custom music video animation. I envision this animation to be done in 3D, and I am allowing enough time for the animator to have full freedom with their creativity. No existing footage will be provided, as I am leaving it to the animator's discretion. The time span allotted for production is more than two weeks. Attached are the characters needed as primary, feel free to add your own. The character with dog can control fire (Fire dog has to show up in video at least a few times), the blue guy can control water, the one with skull mask can control lava, and the one with the glowing sword is bonded with it. The song to be used is called The Fire-Military Motivation".
