Custom animation needed .gif

I need a animation made. 1200x600 animated .gif. It will be illustrated except the face of the character will become an actual photo of a person along the way. We have a graph that represents a cryptocurrency from the beginning to today. We want a 6-8 second animated gif of a person in a car driving along the line. Similar to how Mario Bro’s looked a very long time ago. It’s not hard to do this at all. It will start at the beginning and the car will just follow the line of the chart as it goes up down and straight. We have a few images of his face we would like inserted at places where the line goes up. Ideally this would be done by someone familiar with crypto so they can understand. We have the image of the chart we would like illustrated and photos of his face. His body and the car would need to be drawn by you. There would be a few additional pieces of graphics added but the main part is creating the animated illustration.
