Custom Twitch Widget Development

I need a custom widget for Twitch that will be displayed as an overlay on the stream. The widget should include the following functionalities: display real-time data, interactive features, and custom animations. It's supposed to be a Milk Jug that fills up from 0 to 100% every time I get a follower a sub or tips/bits. It should include a progress bar, a milk filling up sound effect and a filling animation.
