Custom Inspirational Reels / Shorts from my podcast for social media

I recently started a podcast on personal development through the eyes of art and culture.
In every episode, I use something for inspiration and dive deep into a topic that we can all think better about.
What I am looking for is for someone to go through my episodes (they are short 5-6 minutes each) cut pieces and create many reels/shorts for social media platforms with motivational music in the background and some motivational scenes (nature etc) so that I can post them on social media. I am looking to start a collaborative Long-term relationship with someone to work together on this topic.
