2D Custom Animation for a project, make sure we have to make manually

here is the concept
Story :
Boy : One young person sleeping on bed
Boy Dreaming : That young guy got dream about his marriage (Dream cloud) : Music start : Marriage music
Boy Dreaming : In Dream cloud the guy got clear visual of marriage stage (with Green and white color combination) and the girl (bride) smiling at him with shy (as beautiful as Bhapu painting of traditional girl)
Music :- marriage music instruments appear to the guy left and right side of the bed. Marriage music will continue....

Boy Dreaming : Guy looking at the girl in his dream , who is as beautiful as Bhapu painting. Guy got a smile on his lips without opening his eyes.
Boy : Next guy got up from his sleep and sat on the bed, the dream cloud and music instruments next to his bed disappeared.

Boy : A small demon will appear on guy left shoulder , next to the demon a thought cloud will appear in that cloud some xxx matrimony 3 months subscription 9000 rs (Guy expression sad face)
Boy : A small angel will appear on guy right shoulder , next to the angel a thought cloud will appear again, in that cloud Way2Soulmate No subscription , only registration fee 499 rs till marriage
