Creative freelancer wanted for unique intro and outro for gaming channel

I'm in need of a talented videographer/animator to support with a short animated video project.
I'm looking for a talented video producer/animator who can create a unique and captivating intro and outro for my YouTube channel and Twitch streams. My content focuses primarily on gaming content, particularly Minecraft, but not exclusively. The aim is to create stronger brand loyalty and high recognition value by conveying fun, excitement and a feeling of community and togetherness.
Intro concept:
The intro should be approx. 10-15 seconds long and contain the following elements:
Starting with a gentle fade-in effect from the dark, with my logo, a drawn figure holding a globe, appearing centrally and briefly lighting up.
Transition to a dynamic, ever-changing world of pixelated, Minecraft-like blocks, symbolizing the diversity of games and worlds.
Representation of characters that show me (the character in the attached logo and banner) and members of my community (can be freely invented) in common challenges, whereby all characters and elements should correspond to the style in my logo.
Concluding with a scene in which the character stands triumphant, surrounded by friends, with a freezing image and the slogan: "Willkommen in Soras-World – wo Abenteuer uns vereinen", including social media icons.
A more detailed and precise version of this concept is available upon request. However, the concept is only a rough idea and is open to creative ideas and adjustments.
Outro concept:
Two versions are desired: one for YouTube as an “Endcard” and one for Twitch streams.
The outro should be around 30 seconds long with space for references to other videos and call-to-action for follows/subscriptions.
Further details or further concepts are not yet available here and are open to creative suggestions.
Design specifications:
The main colors are black, a dark green and neon green, with a touch of red in the logo. A sample image of the main color palette as well as existing logos and banners are provided.
The style should be a mix of gaming elements, particularly from the Minecraft-style Kingdom Hearts game series, with a square/edgy "anime touch" - see also my logo and banner!
It is important that no copyrighted materials are used so that the videos can be used without restrictions.
Technical requirements:
Resolution at least 1080p, preferably 4K.
I need all rights and licenses to the created works for commercial use.
Cooperation:
I look forward to suggestions and previous work showing similar projects. Please share your ideas on how you would implement the concept and your proposed timeline and budget framework for this project.
