Creating an Opener in After Effects for Medical Conference

I am looking for a motion designer with experience in After Effects to create an opener of up to 40 seconds for a medical conference. The video must have a very high visual impact, with a wow effect that immediately captures the attention of the audience.
The animation must start from the official poster of the conference (provided), which was created with AI. The idea is to animate it using AI and motion graphics techniques to give a dynamic and modern effect.
The video must include:

✅ Official logo

✅ Innovative visual effects to emphasize the content

Requirements:
