Created animated callouts as Animated Gifs

Hello, I am looking to create callouts as animated gifs for a Kickstarter project. Very similar to the image below. Just a picture with an animated callout with some text. I did this in Adobe Premiere, but it takes too long for me. There is approximately 5 to create, I need them pretty quickly. Thanks!
