Create a video or animation to explain an idea
Budget: $10 – $30 USD
I need a video that explains how IoT (Internet of Things) can be leveraged to enhance the relationships between financial advisors and younger customers. Here are the scenarios that need to be depicted -
1) When a client enters a branch or office, the beacon can push relevant information to their mobile device. This information could include account updates, appointment reminders, or news relevant to their investments.
2) IoT devices at home can collect data on energy usage, spending patterns, and more. Advisors can use this data to provide insights into how clients can save money or invest surplus funds.
3) Use wearables to track customer health and activity levels. This data can be used to provide more personalized investment advice and recommendations. For example, an advisor could recommend investments in companies that focus on health and wellness if they see that their client is regularly exercising and eating healthy.
Smartphones, wearables, and smart home devices fall under the IoT category
So a high-level flow of the video could be that you start by showing all the above IoT devices and say how they all constantly are tracking, analyzing, and sharing information about the user and their surroundings. This information has many applications and one of them is to help financial advisors gain better insights about customers and provide useful and relevant information and service.
Then we cut to a scene where the young customer is shown working out and their smartwatch is tracking the data and sending it to their phone. Then we show that this data is analyzed by their advisor in the branch.
Then we show the same customer walking into a branch or office. An intelligent beacon in the office detects their presence and the customer receives a notification on their phone about what to expect during their appointment.
The advisor is shown talking to them about recommendations to invest in health and wellness companies.
Lastly, we show a smart thermostat and computer in the house sending data to the cloud server. This data is being used by the advisor and the customer gets notifications on their phone with money-saving tips.
