Create static and animated social media templates and update animated logo for use on Instagram

I am looking for an experienced freelancer to create static and animated social media templates for use on Instagram and update an existing animated logo for the same platform. It is essential that the logo is vector-based, so vector programs such as Adobe Illustrator should be used in the design. I have some content ready to be used in the design, so the successful applicant should be able to use this content to create the required templates. Suitable applicants should have experience using social media platforms, specifically Instagram, and have an in-depth knowledge of graphics design best practices.
