Create some animations for an e-learning MVP

Hi,
We are working on an e-learning startup that requires the creation of a number of 2D animations that will show some basic movements and concepts in English. I have uploaded 2 examples to show what I mean. In the first picture, we want to show the meanging of the the phrase "blend in", so we need an animation to show a perosn belnding into a crowed of people. In the seconding picture, we want to shwo the meaning of the phrase "push in", so we need an animation to show a person being pushed into doing something they don't want to do.
We will need 12 animations in total. They need to be in .Gif format so they can be embedded in a wordpress website.
