Create simple animatio of a female sitting and standing up

Creating an animation that will have two poses, a female sitting down and with her legs crossed, and the same pose of the same female standing up from the seated pose. Two simple animations. Model and rig will be provided. See stand to sit and sit to stand as a reference. Right now the seated position is too awkard
