Create short 2d animation

I need 10-12 second animation to depict these scenes. No audio required:
1. Show office building with a company logo (logo will be provided). Camera needs to zoom in slowly. Some movement needed around the building to look more live (for example trees moving in a wind, cars passing by, people walking...) - duration 3 seconds

2. Show an office with a manager sitting at his desk and receiving an email from the client (pop-up needs to show the email and text to be readable. Exact text will be provided). Duration 3-4 seconds

3. Manager meets with client (they shake hands, sit on their chairs) and explains something to the client, pointing on the large image on the wall behind them. In the image there will be building plans (plans will be provided to you). Camera needs to zoom in the image and video ends there. Duration 3-4 seconds

Attached are examples of scenes. You can use any generic buildings, characters as long as they fit the overall mood of the scenes (ie it is business people in the office, building is obviously an office building/heanquarters, they are clearly in he office, not in park or street etc).
