Create a 2D explanation video with my character

I have everything prepared: a character design, mouth animations for different English phonemes, and the script. I'm looking for an animator for a long-term collaboration, as I plan to create over 100 videos for YouTube. Key requirements include reasonable pricing, respect for both our time, and creativity, especially in adding voice to the character. The character is a rabbit sitting on a majestic throne in a forest (you can find a suitable throne design online; the exact design isn't crucial, but it should convey that the rabbit is powerful and wealthy).

To start, I would like you to create a 5-second animation as a sample so I can evaluate if we can work together. If it meets expectations, we'll continue with the project.
