Create 2d cartoon animation in flash

I want a 2d character flash animator to create a small test animation. If the work is good I will be hiring for a long term contract.

Please refer the video reference given. I want same animation quality. Characters,bgs, audio will be given by me.

Note: Strictly flash character animators only can apply. No explainer video creators or other motion graphics animators please.
