Create an animation with bobble head and walking

I am looking to introduce a team of around 20-25 people with bobble head walking on the scene, showing their designation and name. scene will start with fixed background. team member will walk one by one and their name/designation will flash and they will stand/sit there.
This is an animation video that will introduce my team. i have a time limit to it and need to get delivered within 5-6 hours.
someone familiar with Createstudio will be plus.
