Create me a 2d animated video about my company and what we do

I am looking for a skilled animator to create a 2D animated video that showcases my company and what we do. The ideal length of the video should be between 1-3 minutes.
Requirements:
- Proficient in 2D animation techniques
- Experience in creating cartoonish animations
- Ability to bring the storyboard to life
- Attention to detail and ability to capture the essence of our company's message
The client already has a storyboard for the video, so the animator will need to follow the provided visuals and bring them to life through animation.
