Create Premiere Pro video template -- 2

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to create a Premiere Pro video template for me to use for YouTube videos. The template should have a modern and clean style and a duration of less than 1 minute (for the graphical elements that you create). The ideal candidate should have experience in creating video templates and be proficient in Premiere Pro. The project includes:
- Creating a modern and clean style for the video template, including background
- Design the template BASED ON AN EXISTING template example (linked below)
- Providing the final product in a format that is easily editable in Premiere Pro in 4k

I have the brand logo but no other assets.

I need it to be very similar to this video but different enough that it is not copying. I also need similar tables for the car specs and performance results of each car that I test – please watch the example video above.

All sections need to be easy for me to edit so I can add in different car specs/figures for different car videos, and in 4k size.
