Create 2D Animation Trailer for Game concept

I have a game project which I am currently working on, the game is not developed as of yet. I need to have a 2D animation created to showcase the key gameplay mechanics. This trailer will act as a technical prototype to be seen by the public and also the developers themselves. Only looking to work with experienced freelancers.
