Construction animated video

I am in need of a skilled animator who can create a construction animated video that is less than 1 minute in length. The animation style that I have in mind is 2D animation but also looking for 3D. I have already prepared a script for the video, so the ideal candidate should be able to bring it to life through their animation skills. The video should be engaging and informative, and should showcase the different stages of construction. The ideal candidate should have experience in 2D animation and have already produced animated videos in construction, and should be able to work with me to ensure that the final product meets my expectations.
