Complex Bird Animation GIF Creation

I'm looking for an animator to bring a bird image (identical to the attached company logo, which is a Jacana bird) to life for use across my website, email, and LinkedIn. The animation should involve complex (smooth) motion, simulating the bird flying across the screen. It can be shortened so it doesn't go across the whole screen, showing it walking, flapping wings, taking flight, flying, then disappearing, so it simulates my company soaring to new heights.
