Character Animations for Live Streaming

I'm searching for an animator who can create dynamic and engaging character animations for my live streaming room. The ideal designer should be proficient in producing SVGA or GIF files and have a deep understanding of live streaming platforms and their specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Creating character-based animations to be added directly onto a live stream.
- Delivering final designs as SVGA or GIF files, which align with my preferred style.

Ideal Skills and Experience:

- Proficient in creating character animations
- Experience in creating SVGA or GIF files
- Knowledge of live streaming platforms and their specifications
- Ability to create animations in a cartoonish style
