3D Character Animation for Marketing

Hi, i have a bunch of mushroom characters i have created for a crypto meme coin project i want to launch soon, they will be for twitter and Instagram, they are basically all the same but different. Can i get them animated in some way , capes flowing, lifting his cowboy hat, waving, flying and whatever you can think of?
