I need a developer or animator to create a confetti (winning particle) animation that plays when a user wins in my mobile app.

Requirements:
• Confetti / celebration particle effect
• Plays when user wins
• Smooth animation
• Mobile-friendly
• React Native experience is a plus
• Similar to casino or game win animations (video/image will be provided)

Deliverables:
• Working animation integrated into the app OR
• Animation file (Lottie / code) with usage instructions
