Cartoonish YouTube Intro Animation

I am wanting to find a digital artist to commission a unique, cartoon style, animated, YouTube intro/ outro video for me.
I would like the intro video to be 7-10 seconds long. I'd like the art style to be derivative of the Fallout video game's "Fallout Guy Character." Which I can link a video for a more accurate example here.

I would like the opening to be a Fallout vault door (attached in file). The vault door should roll open to reveal the back of man sitting at a Fallout "terminal" (Fallout's Computer attached in file) clicking the keyboard. The man should have a baseball hat on, has brown short hair, and a trim brown beard. - I would like the color pallet to be blue and yellow for the "Man," as well as the words "Howey DooDat." (current branding for Howey/ the "Man" is attached in file for refrence)
The camera then zooms in towards the terminal screen. The screen should display falling green computer code, dissipating, only leaving the words "HOWEY DOODAT" as all the code disappears.
The outro I would also like to be 7-10 seconds long. I would like you to take the same intro and play it in reverse. Only change is, I'd like the vault door to slam shut and the words "HOWEY DOODAT" to appear after it slams shut.
