Cartoonish Walk & Run Cycles

I'm seeking an animator to create a basic walk and run cycle for a cartoonish character. I'll provide the character as a PSD file.

Requirements:
- Use Adobe After Effects
- Animations should be cartoonish in style
- Cycles need to be on a transparent background

Ideal skills and experience:
- Proficiency in After Effects
- Strong understanding of character animation
- Experience with cartoonish animation styles
