Cartoonish PNG to Adobe Character Animation

I'm seeking an animator to convert my PNG files into full-body, close as possible to the original, Adobe animated characters. These characters need to be capable of a range of movements, including walking, running, and dancing, as well as expressing a variety of facial expressions and simulating speech.

Key Requirements:
- Transform PNG files into Adobe characters
- Implement full body and facial movement capabilities
- Ensure characters are cartoonish in style, adhering to a specified aesthetic
- Incorporate a range of movements: walking, running, dancing, and talking

Ideal Skills:
