Cartoonish 2D Explainer Animation

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a professional-looking 2D explainer animation. The animation will support our initiative of facilitating Instagram collaborations between businesses within our advertiser network.
The goal is to illustrate how these collaborations can significantly grow the following for both accounts involved, and how this expands into a larger network of businesses and collaborations.
In collaboration, we want to emphasize:
- Growth of both accounts' followings
- Expansion into a larger network
