I'm launching a meme project and need a talented illustrator to design a 2D cartoonish character. You should do a free sample for m. The character will undergo various forms of animation, including looping sequences, character movement and facial expressions. The animations will be delivered in GIF format as well as longer sequences of 1-3 minutes.
