Cartoonish Character Animation Expert Needed

For my new Youtube Shorts channel I am looking to work together with an experienced animator.
The short animation will be sub 15 seconds, not longer. I will do the brainstorming for video ideas myself. If you think that doing this or that might work better, it's always good to have some more input!
If the animations are good, I suspect the channel to be a success, which means that there will be lots of videos to be made. To start off with I would like to do 2-3 videos a week to get things started and the ball rolling.
To give an idea of what kind of videos I'm looking to create... here is some inspiration -

As you can see, quick entertaining and good paced short animations. It doesn't have to be Pixar like style or any of that extreme quality. What I like about these shorts above is that it's not that complex, the animation itself is not that detailed. I like it more simple as you can tell.
