2D Cartoonish Animation for Children

Looking for a talented 2D animator for an creating engaging, cartoonish animation series based on my children's book about safety.
This project will span across five books, starting with the first book which contains eight chapters. The target audience is children aged 3-5 years, so the animation should be bright, fun and appealing to this age group.
Need a person who can bring important themes to life in a way that is both entertaining and educational.
I'm looking to start with the first chapter of the first book to find a good fit for this long-term project. Please note that this project is not for software houses or companies, but rather for a smart, small team. The level of animation required is intermediate.
