Cartoonish Animal Animation

I'm looking for a skilled animator to create a cartoonish animation of an animal character for personal use.
Requirements:

- Cartoonish animation style

An artist to create a set of animated character sprites and background art for a 2D homepage. Think of a kind of interactive, character-driven UI. I’ll be building the frontend using Vue.js, and want the art to support light animation using sprite sheets.
Character Animation Sprite Sheet
Character: Cute, fluffy, anime-style husky
Animation: Idle loop (e.g., sitting, blinking, tail wagging, head tilting, ear twitching)
Frames: 8 total
Frame size: 512px × 512px
Layout: Single column (8 rows, 1 column)
Format: Transparent PNG or WebP sprite sheet
Include: Optional PNG or WebP files of each frame individually
Interactive Animation Sprite Sheets
These animations should begin from the idle pose and return to idle once complete. Each should be a standalone sequence.
Each should be 6–10 frames and follow the same frame size and column format.
Format: Transparent PNG or WebP sprite sheet + optional individual frames
Idle Random Behaviors (choose 3 total OR suggest your own!)
Every ~30 seconds one of these should randomly trigger if no user interaction has occurred. Each should be a subtle, loopable animation that starts and returns to the idle frame.

Head cocked to one side
Tail wagging
Big sigh
Sneeze
Looks at user
Tail Wagging
Happy Panting & Wink

Frames per animation: 4–6
Format: Same as above (512px × 512px per frame, single-column layout, transparent PNG or WebP)

Requirements:
Size: 1440 × 1195 px
Aspect ratio: 288:239
File size: ≤ 1.1 MB
Include visual space for two buttons on the screen: “Play” and “Order Groom Service”
Deliverables:
Transparent PNG or WebP sprite sheets for each animation
Optional: Separate PNG or WebP files for each frame
1 PNG or WebP background image (optimized under 1.1MB)
