Cartoon-style 1 Minute Animation Creation

I have a school project that entails a 1-minute animation. I have the storyboard and narrative ready, so all I need is a prototype and then the final version of the animation, all done in Toon Boom.

The animation will feature:
- Cartoon style visuals
- A mix of animals and humans as characters
- An outdoor setting as the backdrop

I would appreciate an estimate on how long this might take and what the cost would be.
