2D Cartoon animation

I have a video that I am planning to publish on YouTube. The idea is to insert snippets of some imagination into certain times within the video. The videos are about myself and my son. We both enjoy playing with kids' toys.
I will try my best to explain everything you need in this post. First, please have a look at the proxy media that is available at the following link :

I have uploaded the XML with the compressed file.
Within the folder, you will also find the Screen Play so please feel free to read it as well. I need the animation to match the screenplay.
I need 3 animations, each one will be approximately 1 minute 30, to 2 minutes.
The first animation cartoon will be inserted "AT 1:44"
The second animation snippet will be inserted "AT 8:30"
I want a one-stop shop where you will do the SFX/Music. I have all the licensed libraries that you may need from that perspective. I also don't mind that the animated video is just a sound expression rather than a voice over and actually I prefer this so I don't have to translate it later on to other languages.
Price Awareness
Kindly provide your best and final pricing, I have another 200 Videos so I am going to multiply the number you will provide by 200 videos to be able to understand the full budget. We will work in milestones where if I like your output then I will ask you to do 10 animated videos.
The total minutes for each video shouldn't exceed 4 minutes. You need to be innovative, budget-friendly, and excited.
Kindly also share your best-animated cartoon or the relative videos so I can be able to imagine your capabilities.
