2D Cartoon Video Animation (Series)

We need 3 short videos to be created from a script that will be provided. Need someone who has experience in creating really high quality 2D videos. Total pay for the job is US$ 1000. Videos will range from 3 - 7 minutes each. Each video will need to be voiced over (not a robot voice). The tone of these videos are sarcastic and funny with a corporate audience.
