Cartoon Avatar Creation for YouTube Channel

I'm looking for a skilled designer to create a cartoon-style avatar of myself for my YouTube videos. The project requires two variants of a full body avatar, each in a different pose. There might be a need for one additional variant (just the face; to be decided).
