3D Cartoon Animator for YouTube

I'm seeking a skilled 3D animator to create engaging, cartoon-style videos for my YouTube channel. This is a long-term opportunity as I plan to release videos consistently.

Project Requirements:
- 1–2 minute cartoon videos featuring animal characters
- Scripts will be provided (final versions)
- 1 video per week needed (negotiable)

Ideal Skills & Experience:
- Proven 3D animation experience (portfolio required)
- Proficient in Maya (preferred) and other major software
- Expertise in full animation cycle: modeling, rigging, animating, rendering
- Strong story development for engaging animal characters
- Good understanding of pacing and humor for children's content is a plus
