We’re Hiring: 2D Minimalist Animator – FXCKBOY Stickman
Our mission: turn the FXCKBOY stickman into a universal character—strutting runways, working out, cracking jokes with the audience, and starring in micro-stories across social media and our website. The style is clean, line-art 2D—minimal yet full of attitude—and it will evolve alongside the brand.
What you’ll do
Animate cycles and actions (in-place walk, jump, audience reactions, etc.) from quick scripts or storyboards.
Build “master assets” for the stickman (neutral poses, rig, expressions, props) that can be reused across campaigns.
Collaborate with marketing & e-commerce to embed animations in TikToks, Reels, banners, and interactive web sections.
Police line quality and consistency—every stroke must keep a uniform weight and crisp edges.
Pitch micro-storytelling ideas (gags, transitions, reactions) that amplify FXCKBOY’s irreverent voice and keep evolving it.
Must-haves
Proficiency with 2D animation software (After Effects, Toon Boom, Adobe Animate, Spine, etc.).
Portfolio featuring minimalist line-art characters with smooth, expressive motion.
Ability to create in-place rigs (no lateral root motion) and seamless loops.
Sharp eye for stroke consistency, curves, and timing.
Clear communication and team spirit—our brand morphs fast, so you’ll iterate closely with designers and copywriters.
Nice-to-haves
Experience exporting lightweight formats for web (Lottie, optimized GIFs, sprite sheets) and social (vertical MP4).
Familiarity with design-system / front-end performance constraints.
Skill in illustrating props or expressions that deepen the stickman’s personality.
