3D,2d Cartoon Animator for Educational Videos

I have to make cartoon you tube educational videos of 20 sec.
I will provide the script and animator has to provide me the sample first then after payment, full video.
I will do the voiceover by myself.

Videos are gonna be many… one after another so quote accordingly if one wants to get repeated work.
Please dont use AI as i will need too much modification in that case. As quality is not good there.
Script can be simple like two mason working on a wall, placing the bricks as per my details, with proper background and movement.

Or

Train moving on track, crosses another train on parallel track, visualised from top.


Or

8 person sitting around a circular table, some facing out some facing in, then more conditions will follow.

Etc etc..
