Cartoon 2D Animation Required

I'm seeking an experienced 2D cartoon animator who can develop a short animation less than a minute long. I don't currently have a script or a storyboard in place, so I will require your assistance in crafting those as well. The successful applicant must have:

- Familiarity with creating engaging, cartoony animations
- Experience in short-form animation creation
- Proven ability to contribute to storyboard and script creation
