Cartoon Animal Game Animation

Job ID: 39867979

Budget: $15 – $25 CAD

I’m building a small game prototype and need a Blender animator to bring a charming cartoon-style animal to life. The creature could be a lion, rabbit, or fox—once we talk through reference images we’ll lock one down.

Here’s what I need:
• Model cleanup or light tweaks if required, then a clean rig with weight painting that deforms naturally in a cartoon style.
• Core game-ready animation set: idle, walk/run, jump, and a simple attack or playful gesture that suits the chosen animal.
• Exported FBX (or another engine-friendly format) with proper naming, root motion where appropriate, and a tested import into Unity or Unreal.

Keep topology and texture sets optimized for real-time use; I’m aiming for something that still looks expressive without being poly-heavy. If you already have an efficient workflow for stylized fur or toon shading, let me know—those touches are a big plus.

I’ll share concept sketches and existing environment assets once we start so you can match the style. Looking to collaborate iteratively, so quick screen videos or Playblasts during progress are ideal for feedback.

If you’re comfortable animating lively, personality-packed animals in Blender and can deliver files that drop straight into a game engine, I’d love to hear from you.
