Build me this scene - an animated chart in AE

I need someone to help me build this scene(attached picture) in After Effect.

For your info, I'm Yeong, an animator from Malaysia. Recently I'm working on this promo animation for a cryptocurrency company. However, the timeline for this project is quite rush, so I decided to hire some talents from Freelancer.com to help me.

I need you to build me this scene(attached Picture 1, write exactly the info/text as shown in the picture), the chart must be revealed by animation(as shown in the attached preview video). Here I attached an AE template(Techno Infographic), you can use this to create.

You need to:
1) Build an animated chart as shown in the attached picture
2) The graphic presentation style will be: light blue, transparent, high-tech feeling (similar to the attached picture-graphic presentation approach)
3) Arrange your folder, save and send back the PROJECT FILE to me because I will combine it with others
4) You can use the attached AE template or if you have a better idea/presentation, you can build it by yourself

I will need it to be done in these 2 days(today or tomorrow)
