Build a simple animation/ hover over animation on a graphic.
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
I already have a sure built out am trying to animate a simple graphic on the page as an image map but would like to switch gears to and svg animation if possible. We can discuss details and figure out an ideal solution. This project is on a time crunch though.
