Build a Visual Representation to be used as a Podcast Cover

I am soon to start a podcast and need a podcast cover, similar to how an artist needs cover art for their music. I will attach a photo of me and a backdrop of NYC. My podcast will be titled "Built By Instinct". I would like a cartoon/animated version of myself alongside NYC and the podcast title. So there is room for creativity, the only requirements are: Cartoon/Animation effects, NYC Backdrop, Podcast Title, and My Image
