Breakdance (WordPress) Scroll Reveal Animation

Looking for a front-end developer to implement scroll-triggered reveal animations on our WordPress site (Breakdance). We will provide an example that must be replicated exactly. The solution must be lightweight, performance-safe, and not interfere with existing scripts. We also need clear documentation explaining how to apply the effect to additional pages ourselves.
