Basic SVG animation, for Javascript (React Native) based app

I am looking for a freelancer who can create an SVG animation for my Javascript (React Native) based app. The animation required is an app animation that is simple and straightforward.

Ideal skills and experience:
- Strong knowledge of SVG animation and Javascript (React Native)
- Proven track record of creating high-quality animations for apps
- Ability to work efficiently and meet deadlines
- Previous experience with similar projects and able to provide past work samples for review.

I will require a React Native (.js) export

Animation should move as follows:
1. Letters fade in to position1
2. Letters align to position 2 (please see the red line that shows how the letters must align)
3. The 'hand' of the dark letter 't' hugs the red letter 't'. The hand should NOT fade in, or NOT appear out of nowhere, it has to reach from dark letter 't', so the hugging effect appears naturally.
4. The animation reverses and goes from position3 to position2, to position 1 and fades out.

I am open to creativity!

Ideally, if we work together well, there are a few other animations I will need, so please be open to more future work.
