Artist to make e-learning course

I am looking for an artist to create a video-based e-learning course at a beginner level (drawing or painting ). I need assistance with topic selection as I do not have a specific subject in mind. The course should be interactive and engaging, with quizzes to test the learners' understanding.
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in creating video-based e-learning courses
- Ability to create visually appealing and engaging content
- Knowledge of instructional design principles
- Strong communication skills to explain complex concepts in a simple and understandable way.
